Nakai Sake Brewery's Ideas and Thoughts
Since its establishment in 1877, we have been brewing sake diligently and carefully, focusing on rice and water.
Our sake is brewed with high quality rice and natural water from Mt.Daisen.
The company was run by a village headman for generations, but in 1877, the then head of the family, Jinzaburo Nakai, started a sake brewing business, which now has a history of over 140 years as Nakai Sake Brewery Co.
Located in central Tottori Prefecture, the company uses locally grown sake rice and water from the Mt.Daisen
Our ancestor, Nakai Taiichiro, was also an inventor of farming tools, and his inventions are on display at the museum.
