We managed making a sake which will be
enjoyed drinking by the various people
after repeating many failures and trial brewing.

From a long time ago, it is said that “where, there is a good water,there is a good sake”.
At Nakai Sake Brewery, we use a natural ground water from Mt. Daisen for our water for the purification.
Mt.Daisen's natural water is soft and rich in minerals which is ideal for sake brewing.
We have been brewing sake for over 140 years since our founding in 1877.
Recently, the environment surrounding sake has changed, and we are in a situation where the survival of tradition alone is in jeopardy.
We will not change our stance on sake brewing, and will continue to make use of the techniques we have developed.
We will continue to make finest sake and aim to meet the changing needs of the times.
We will commit to making sake that will convince not only experts,
but also customers who have never been interested in sake.
